Planning Manager
Corné is a Senior Planner and manages Terra’s Auckland Planning and Resource Management Team. He has 25 years of experience in Urban and Regional Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Processes in New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa. His key experience relates to resource management and consenting, planning and multi-disciplinary master planning.
Corné has worked on and managed a range of projects, including rural land use and subdivisions, clean-fills, industrial developments, greenfield and infill residential developments and new master planned communities. Corne has specific expertise in the assessment and preparation of resource consent applications across all levels of complexity, development types and in a wide range of physical and regulatory environments. He is an expert coordinator, project manager and has a partnership consultancy style; working with clients in pursuit for solutions to their project requirements. Corné has an interest in sustainability and works with clients on practical and tactical solutions to Environmental Compliance in NZ.
