This project involves the development of 107 standalone houses, encompassing civil
design and architectural planning up to Resource Consent approval. Our team is tasked
with designing essential civil infrastructure, including road layouts, drainage systems,
and utility connections, while also crafting aesthetically pleasing and functional architectural
plans compliant with building codes and regulations.
