Terra Consultants, at the request of our clients, is to carry out professional consultancy services for their proposed 9-terrace house development with retail at 4 Patey Street Epsom, Auckland.

This is located in New Market Road adjacent to the busy southern motorway. The context of the site is carefully considered with its unique constraints and opportunities informing the design.

This 9 Lot subdivision consists of 2 blocks of 3 level 160-210m2 terraced units with block A facing the street edge to provide surveillance out to Patey Street and block B facing the southern motorway.
