Terra Consultants has been engaged by Rosedale Apartments Ltd to support a proposed residential development at 52 Rosedale. The development involves the creation of 65 fee simple lots of three storey terrace houses and the site is located in within the Auckland.

Terra Consultants involves with the project for the following:

• Design Earthworks to form JOALs and finished lot levels.
• Design and Construction supervision of new JOALs, footpaths, vehicle crossings, Speed Table and landscaping areas.
• Design and Construction supervision of Culverts, Retaining walls and Acoustic Fencing.
• Design and Construction supervision of stormwater drainage, communal SMAF 2 detention tank, overland flow diversion channel for the 100-year event.
• Design and Construction supervision of wastewater drainage.
• Design and Construction supervision of a water supply system to provide domestic water supply and fire water supply and utility services

Terra Consultants also manage the final inspections and signoffs with Auckland Council, including providing the required certification, lodging EACC and 224c documentation for approval.
