Terra has been engaged as principal consultant to prepare all relevant documents for application of resource and building consent for the development at 122 – 130 Cosgrave Rd, Papakura. This involves the development of an approx. 4.5 hectare greenfield site into an urban subdivision of 182 residential lots for terrace and standalone houses. Terra has also undertaken the associated activities such as planning, urban design, architectural design, civil and structural designs/ plans and preparing/ obtaining the relevant resource and/or building consents.
Terra is the Engineer to Contact (EtC) for the civil works and inspections for building structural works on site, including supervision and certification of constructed works. Civil works for the site includes the earthworks and the construction of infrastructure such as sewer, stormwater, water supply, roads/ access, lighting and power/ telco.
Earthworks is now complete, construction of Civil works is progressing well and the preparation of Building consent plans is in progress.
